Andrea Aguilar (Piano)
Andrea Aguilar is a pianist, singer, and multimedia artist who has been teaching with iPiano Lab since 2021. She began playing piano at the age of 10 and has been classically trained, with a strong foundation in technique, musicality, and expression. Andrea is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, where she studied Contemporary Writing and Production and Music Business, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While her training is rooted in classical music, her background as a composer and artist allows her to approach teaching with creativity and flexibility. She has experience teaching students of all ages, from young children to adults, and enjoys bringing a thoughtful, student centered approach to each lesson.
Liam Laird is a multi-instrumentalist and educator born and raised in the mountains of Western Colorado, now based in Brooklyn. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he also holds a Master’s degree in Jazz Studies from NYU Steinhardt. Dedicated to making music education uplifting, accessible, and inspiring, Laird brings the insight gained from working with some of the world’s leading musicians and educators into every lesson, tailoring his approach to support each student’s individual goals.
Hi! My name is Eleni , and I am a piano and keyboard teacher and music educator who loves making music fun and welcoming for kids and young students! I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Ethnomusicology at the Graduate Center of City University of New York. I completed an integrated M.A. in Musicology, Ethnomusicology, and Cultural Anthropology at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as advanced piano studies and diplomas in harmony and music theory at conservatories in Greece. I have over ten years teaching experience, offering private lessons as well as classes in after-school programs in both Athens and New York. I always aim to nurture students creativity, attentive listening, and self-confidence, creating a warm and encouraging learning environment.
